Kevin is a qualified Organisational Effectiveness consultant and facilitator, with 20 years experience with corporate organisations, government, academic institutions and NGO sectors. He has designed, facilitated and implemented leadership development, change management and diversity optimisation at all levels within various organisations, presented to global boards and CEOs, as well as, worked with informal settlements. Kevin’s lifetime’s exposure to all levels of people allows him to relate completely to people across cultures, age and gender.

Kevin is passionate about his work of inspiring and developing people. He balances systematic logical thinking and planning with highly attuned emotional intelligence skills.
Kevin has a post-graduate degree from Rhodes in adult education and counselling. He is a registered Life and Business Coach and a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association. He is also a published author and journalist and is currently completing a book on Leadership Development based on the African philosophy of isiTunsi, which is what Kevin bases his Leadership Development programmes and retreats on.
